You can reach devices on your LAN (for example web servers or IP camera’s) by using Port Forwarding.
There are different ways to approach this, depending if your dynamic WAN IP address is public or private.
Public Dynamic IP
Using InControl ,enable Find my Peplink

This enables a dynamic DNS service that will allow you to reach your network using a hostname.
You can now use use port forwarding using the hostname to reach devices such as an IP camera inside your local network.
Private Dynamic IP
Cellular networks regularly use Carrier Grade NAT IP addresses.
These rae private IP addresses that can’t be directly reached on the internet.
You are not able to ping those IP addresses and these IP addresses can therefore not be used with a dynamic DNS service.
In these situations you can install a Fusionhub Solo on a cloud server with a fixed IP address.
Next, you need to create a pepVPN tunnel between your Peplink router and the Fusionhub.

You can now use use port forwarding using the IP address of the Fusionhub Solo to reach devices such as an IP camera inside your local network.
